1.2.26-compat Kerberos support

Just checking in here.

I wrote, back on Wed, 21 Nov 2001 at 13:41:42 -0500 in

answred by me on Thu, 22 Nov 2001 at 13:02:32 -0500 in
<20011122130232.I14616 at multics.mit.edu>.

Where do we stand? In specific, there was a question of how many
different orderings of tgt passing to support, and whether to break
compatibility with 2.9.9 through 3.0.1.
