sftp interactive mode in LynxOS

Hi,
   Sorry for not the delayed feedback. It was official
holiday for the past 3 days. OK. 
sftp -s /path/to/sftp-server host 
didn't work either.
The same problem - after authentication, prints sftp>
prompt and then exits. Iam sending the debug output of
both the server and sftp client.
