For some reason under 4.0F the function names don't show up in the debug3 messages

     debug3: mm_answer_pty: tty /dev/pts/2 ptyfd 4

     debug3: monitor_read: checking request 38

     Couldn't establish session for harbaugh from ncihp1.ncifcrf.gov
     debug1: Calling cleanup 0x120055cac(0x140031cc8)
