openssh 3.4p1 and 3.5p1 with Tru64

 You might want to include in your documentation that by NOT including
`UsePrivilegeSeparation no` in Tru64 sshd_config files users trying to
ssh to the machine will get:

Too many users logged on already.
Try again later.
