Intersting.. this is only true for 'get' and did not exist in my first
version of the patch.  Put is fine.. but starts off at 100% then
starts counting right.

as for scp.c.. That is the strangest thing I've seen.. Why would
the diffing fail to create a right patch.. That is strange indead.
