hang on exit bug under Linux

Just thought I'd mention that when you restart "init"

kill -HUP 1

ssh 3.02p1 hangs as expected. What data would I expect back from 
that??

Hopefully the next release will include one or more of the proposed 
fixes that will allow a linux openssh daemon to release a client on 
logout after something as innocuous as this.
