No shell prompt presented on SSH connection

Hey, devfs provides devpts!  You can still mount it over devfs, but that
shouldn't be a requiriment.  If I got devfs right -- I looked into it over
a year ago, that time ssh worked without devpts just fine for me, and
/dev/pts/* was here.
