Unless it was added then removed. It was not there on the day the code was
checked into the CVS tree on sept 26, 1999. Oct 11, 2000 is when -o came
into being.
Don't know where you got he idea -1/02 was supported by scp. Unless you are
thinking when ssh gained -1 and -2 which was Feb 6th, 2001 and Apr 14th,
2000--respectively (geesh, almost a year apart!)..
People complained about lack of -1/-2 in scp.c (thus the -o and 'addargs()'
code was created), but OpenSSH has never had a -1/-2 for scp
