mget is core functionality -- I screw up on this every time.

filename globbing (ls *.txt) is too.

sftp is not the minimalist tool. scp is.  no, ssh user at host cat is.  sftp
came about because, uh, scp sucks an order of magnitude more than ftp.exe
from Windows 95, and that OS doesn't even ship with TCP/IP by default.

I'll work on sftp next week.
