You could always use gsskeyex w/ GSI and/or gsskeyex w/ krb5 w/ PKINIT...

The gsskeyex stuff has perfect forward secrecy (it's a GSS-protected DH
key exchange).

Not that a PKINIT implementation is available for either Heimdal or MIT
krb5; but one would be nice (hint, hint).
