This question does not make sense.  The ssh-keygen program is part of
the OpenSSH software and comes with it.

There is no 'ssh-keygen1' or 'ssh-keygen2' with OpenSSH, only
'ssh-keygen'.  Perhaps you are looking for one of SSH Communications'
products (www.ssh.com)?
