Error with building openssh-3.1p1 package

Where it gets the version number in buildpkg.sh  change it from -1 to -2.
There is a revised package script by Tim to expand it to all srv4 systems.
It may or may not be in the 3.1p2 release (being done to handle compiling
issues).
