enable sftp subsystem for each authorized key

Hi Markus,

I need to disable the sftp service for specific keys, but they must
be able to open sessions. At the end I have added a new option in
the authorized_keys file: "no-sftp", that disable  the sftp service
(little patches in auth-options.c,auth-options.h and session.c).
In case somebody is interested in, don't hesitate to ask me! :-)
