Portable OpenSSH 3.6.1p2

is it worth to release 3.6.1p2 in favor of 3.6.1p1 also on other
systems?  From the above I'm taking that Cygwin isn't affected by
the changes so normally I wouldn't update the Cygwin net distro
to 3.6.1p2.
