ssh_exchange_identification: Connection closed by remote host

Hello,

I encountered the following problem while I typing "ssh -v <host_name>"

hkmarmmspd:/export/home/hkcheung> ssh -v hkmauat

Strangly, sometime the problem is not occurred.

Can someone give me some advices.
