OT: smartcard sectok - 0608 error loading driver

Hello!
I know this is a bit off topic but its hard to get some help in this case.

the driver for my Towitoko Chipdrive USB works:

now i am trying to do point 3 from the README.smartcard

(3) load the Java Cardlet to the Cyberflex card:

        $ sectok
        sectok> login -d
        sectok> jload /usr/libdata/ssh/Ssh.bin
        sectok> quit


thats what i get:
   # sectok
   sectok> login -d
   0608 error loading driver


sectok -0 till -3 did not work either.
Can anyone give me a tip/hint why it wont load the driver?

the card is currently empty, but i guess that´s not the problem.
