SSH keys different

Hey guys,

Today a co-worker asked me why OpenSSH's keys are different from 
commercial SSH's keys and I didn't know what to tell him. I poked around 
online a bit too but couldn't find much.

Could someone point me to a URL or maybe just give a quick reason why 
they're different?
