OpenSSH 3.6.1p2 +UnixWare 7.1.1 +SSH2 + PasswordAuthentication no + PermitEmptyPasswords yes

I can not duplicate this problem on my 7.1.1 box.
I'm using the native compiler here.
Then machine has maintenance pack 3 loaded. Does yours?
