That is why I've seen this before.  Yes.  I agree.  So I guess in the next
release will will have to upgrade our configure requirement.  <sigh>
Sucks when the build tool is the problem.

BTW, I agree with Tim in the bugzilla report.  I think the second utimes
check in the main function call block can be removed and acconfig.h entry
added for HAVE_UTIMES.
