Compiling OpenSSH on DG/UX

When I run a make on the openssh source directory, it starts the compile and
then fails with:

        gcc -g -O2 -Wall -Wpointer-arith -Wno-uninitialized -I. -I.. -I.
-I./.. -I/usr/local/ssl/include  -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -c bsd-arc4random.c

I'm using:  Open SSH v3.6p1
DG/UX: R4.20MU06 on AViiON PentiumPro

I have Open SSL v0.9.7b installed and Zlib 1.1.4 installed

Any help would be appreciated.
