If I'm correct in thinking that OpenBSD builds use the stuff in
src/kerberosV/lib/gssapi to do the build, rather than Heimdal's own
Makefile.in, it looks like OpenBSD doesn't include
src/lib/gssapi/copy_ccache.c when it builds Heimdal.
