compille errors on AIX 5.1ML04 and AIX 4.3.3ML10

There is patch there should work for all versions of AIX.

audit.h is only required on AIX 5.2 for the 4th argument to
loginfailed().  I have seen reports that the compile error is due to extra
whitespace at the end of audit.h, but I have not confirmed that.
