I'm assuming you are refering to:
$ find . -type f | xargs grep -i "panic"
./readconf.c: /* don't panic, but count bad options */
./sshd.c: logit("probed from %s with %s. Don't panic.",
./sshd.c: logit("scanned from %s with %s. Don't panic.",
