starting sshd on AIX

I only have 8 AIX machines;  what I do is setup a script called rc.sshd in
/etc, which contains

      /usr/local/sbin/sshd -f /usr/local/etc/sshd_config

and then put the line

      sshd:2:once:/etc/rc.sshd

in inittab.  This doesn't give your the resources of the source manager but
I generally don't muck around with sshd, stopping and starting it.
