It's in the list archives, but it's pre-privsep. I never updated it, since 
it was rejected for being too complex (not code-wise, but function-wise). 
If Marcus no longer objects to auth vectors, I'd be happy to re-implement 
it, but I don't want to spend the time if it's just going to get bounced 
again (for non code quality reasons).
