Why was DC and AutoZone sued?  <shrug> Same reasons.  Just instead of SCO
coming out on top (as the MPAA seems to have) it just caused them more
pain.

Civil law is screwy.  For as much as I hate trying to remember Criminal
Speedy Trial rules.  It is more consistant in the procedure.

Rarely in Criminal law do you have an attorney trying to "redefine" an
existing congressal law.  Which happens alot in Civil.
