Anti-spam: challenge-response for non-subscriber postings

Hi,

The openssh-unix-dev list now requires posts from non-subscribed
addresses to pass a challenge-response before being accepted to the
list.

This may bite you if you use a different address to post from the one
you subscribed with, but you should only need to perform the challenge-
response once (it will remember your address from then on).

Apologies for any inconvenience, but this should greatly reduce the
amount of spam that makes it to the list while still allowing postings
from non-subscribers. Apologies also for taking so long to implement
it :)
