Replacing WinInet functions with OpenSSH API Calls

I know in this case the conversation drifted that way of its own accord,
but for future reference I would like to make it clear that discussion
of commercial products is *off topic* for this mailing list, except
when it arises in the context of OpenSSH development (e.g. discussing
interoperability).

A statement to this effect will shortly be added to the Mailman listinfo
page and the welcome message.
