The sshd log at that link has:
[sshd] fatal: Failed to get default security context for matin.
and I see that you have selinux enabled.
Vanilla Portable OpenSSH doesn't generate that message, so your sshd has
been modified. I would guess it's a problem with your selinux setup,
but beyond that I can't help you.
