High Performance SSH/SCP - HPN-SSH when?

Hi, back from vacation. Try turning off buffer polling and modifying the 
size of the receive window. This may help a bit. I'll be running some 
tests over the next day or so to see what I can come up with. Any 
suggestions or observations you have would be useful to me.
