OpenSSH 4.3P1: incorrect wtmpx entries

Please try the patch referred to in bug #1150 comment #2
(bug is http://bugzilla.mindrot.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1150, patch is
http://www.zip.com.au/~dtucker/openssh/4.3p1-configure.patch) and let
us know if that resolves it or not.  You will need to do "make distclean"
then run configure and make again.
