Possible to print message(s) before login?

In this case, since its not serving any sort of critical need, I would 
suggest against it. One way to maintain security it to prevent the 
leakage of any information that might be used by an intruder to their 
advantage. Also, taunting hackers never really seems to work out too 
well. :)
