PMI patch for OpenSSH 4.4p1

I don't know what PMI is.  Google suggests "Project Management
Institute" or maybe "Plumbing Manufacturers Institute", but i don't
see how these are relevant to ssh.

A short blurb about what PMI is would help me understand why i should
care about nutmay.
