Seconded - I'd love to see e.g. #1008 fixed upstream.. and that is a
two-line patch.

CVS of 20070302 builds and self-tests fine on an i386 RHEL4-clone, using

./configure  --prefix=/usr --with-tcp-wrappers --disable-strip
--without-zlib-version-check --with-pam --with-selinux
--with-linux-audit --with-kerberos5
make
SUDO=sudo make tests
