OpenSSH 5.1p1 - trouble connecting to ILO board

I've had similar problems for years.  Looking around a while ago I found 
the suggestion to `unset LANG` and also make sure agent forwarding is 
disabled.  Once I've done both of those things I normally can connect to 
an iLO.
