ForcePTTYAllocation config parameter?

Hello,

I've been enjoying the -t argument to ssh lately to force ptty
allocation and I noticed there's no option in the config file that
controls it. The O'Reilly ssh book specifies a ForcePTTYAllocation
parameter so I've created a patch to openssh-5.2p1 which adds this
functionality. Is this of interest to anyone?
