sftp interrupt hang

This is on OpenBSD -current. But apparently there's a really long
timeout, because after I interrupted for what seemed like 30 minutes,
it reported an error and quit. I think it was a pipe error.
If a second interrupt is received, perhaps sftp should just quit like ftp.
