Mostly successful - couple of build issues. Also had to drop the hp-ux
11.11 builds - no working build environment for that platform here any
more. But I see herr Joseph has that covered. :)

      Looking at failure logs - this is what's killing it:
      clock_gettime: Invalid argument
      FAIL: ssh connect with protocol x failed

 **T2 test integrity: umac-64-etm at openssh.com @2902
      this test hangs hard (30-60 minutes runtime+) and has to be
      killed.  Happened on 1st 'make tests' not on subsequent.

 **T3 must 'service xrdp stop' for make tests to not hang
