Why not do an actual release?

The official changelog linked from the site,
ftp://ftp.ca.openbsd.org/pub/OpenBSD/OpenSSH/portable/ChangeLog, is
missing it as well. So it looks suspicious for me to add it as an extra
patch into our port.
