Is cipher "3des-ctr" supported by openssh?

The only strong point of 3des-cbc is that it's mandatory in the
specifications and can be found everywhere. aes128-ctr is stronger,
faster and ubiquitous, I see no reason there should be a 3des-ctr which
would be slow and implemented nowhere (and less secure).
