out-of-date snapshots

Hi,

The snapshots at:

	http://www.mindrot.org/openssh_snap/

appear to be quite out of date. Recent additions, such as
FingerprintHash and HostbasedAcceptedKeyTypes, are completely missing. I
suspect that the snapshots have not been updating correctly since the
transition to using git.
