FYI: SSH1 now disabled at compile-time by default

IMHO it's important not only to provide an option to disable or enable 
ssh1-wide
support, but also easy configure switch so ssh is built with ssh1 
support but
sshd is built without it. Otherwise, I foresee a number of distros to 
enable ssh1
for both when they are interested just on client support.
