Import OpenSSL-created Ed25519 keys

Dear colleagues,

I want to draw your attention that when I implemented the support of
Ed25519 keys, I also provided the possibility to import the
openssl-generated Ed25519 private keys to OpenSSH.

The relevant commits are

Could the OpenSSH Team please review those 2 commits and, if they are OK,
accept them?
