enabling "none" cipher

Hi,

I developed the HPN-SSH patch that supports the none cipher. It doesn't
allow for unencrypted logins. It will only switch to none post
authentication and not in a tty. As far as I can tell there is no way
around that and if there is please let me know. You can grab it from
https://GitHub.com/rapier1/hpnssh. If you need a patch that only enables
the none cipher switch let me know.
