Regarding a new OpenSSH Portal Mirror in India

Hi,
First - thanks for doing this. I hope it's useful for people nearby.
The OpenSSH mirrors are handled by the OpenBSD project. I think they
only list mirrors that also include OpenBSD. I'd recommend asking on
the tech at openbsd.org mailing list.
