Usual excuses apply, big hurry but a project deadline and a very slow
machine used to build, but shame on me.

My build script didn't correctly report $DESTDIR, leaking of sleep and
to much blur on my eyes.

I've kernels from 'make everything' from flashboot-20060721 built on cvs
checkout of the same date if anyone is interested, it's obvious they
cannot taken as the official one.
