[flashboot] building following current

The latter *should* work, but I can't say for certain because I have
never tried it.

I usually do:

1. cvs up -AdP
2. Build and install a kernel
3. reboot
4. make build
5. misc/build.sh
6. "make everything" in flashboot

This might be a bit time consuming if your machine is slow though.
