The getspnam line was there in 3.5p1 too, so I think it's safe to leave it and 
the nanosleep line where they are and just move the basename line, which I'll do 
unless someone objects.

What's at time.h line 126, and why does it break with -current but not 3.6.1p2?  
Is it inside an #ifdef or something?
