openssh-5.8p1 - patch for ssh-keyscan

Is this comment different from the other one????

Later (better?) patch to fix `ssh-keyscan's premature aborting observed
in large network scans.  Hopefully, there are sufficient comments in
the code to describe the fix.  Please ask if you find something
annoying.  I also have patches for 5.6p1 and 5.7p1.
