I can reproduce your results with openssh-7.1p1, but not with current
HEAD. Anyway, it is not a error, but only non-fatal warning since such
a key is not useful for anything.

This problem is basically duplicate of bug #2459 and was actually fixed
in this commit and will be in the next release:

The non-working authentication is different issue, but to investigate
it, you should check for errors in the server log.
